Cancellation Policy
At Beauty & Wellness by Adriana, we value your time and ask that you respect ours as well. Each appointment is reserved especially for you, and last-minute changes prevent us from accommodating other clients who are waiting for services.
• We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee for future bookings.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.
Even though we do not always require prepayment, your appointment time is valuable and specifically reserved for you. Last-minute cancellations impact our team, schedule, and other clients.
